I love making everything from scratch, but today was not the day 😅 Sometimes, life calls for a quick and satisfying meal, and this dish delivered! It turned out so hearty and comforting that it fed 3 adults, a toddler, and a preteen, with some leftovers to spare. It’s a perfect recipe for busy families or anyone who loves a warm, delicious dinner without too much effort.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen chicken breasts (the ones I had were fairly large)
- 1 (32oz) container of 50% less sodium chicken broth
- 1 packet of chicken gravy
- 1 family-size can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 (24oz) pack of Reames frozen noodles
- 1 (10oz) bag of frozen mixed veggies
- Roughly 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- A sprinkle of dried parsley
