Tiramisu Recipe



Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert, is beloved for its rich flavors and creamy texture. This no-bake dessert features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, a velvety mascarpone cheese mixture, and a dusting of cocoa powder. It’s a sophisticated yet simple treat that’s perfect for any occasion, from a casual dinner to a special celebration.


For the Coffee Soak:

  • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

For the Mascarpone Filling:

  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature

For the Assembly:

  • 1 package (7 ounces) ladyfingers (Savoiardi biscuits)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
  • Dark chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
