Ingredients
- 1.5 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
 - 6 cups chicken broth (or enough to cover the chicken and vegetables)
 - 2 cups sliced carrots
 - 2 cups sliced celery
 - 1 medium onion, diced
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 teaspoons dried thyme
 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 8 oz egg noodles (or your favorite noodles)
 - 1 cup heavy cream (optional, for a creamier soup)

Instructions
- Prepare the Crock Pot:
- Place the chicken breasts or thighs at the bottom of the crock pot.
 
 - Add Vegetables and Seasonings:
- Add the sliced carrots, celery, diced onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
 - Pour in the chicken broth until it covers the chicken and vegetables.
