Grandma’s Fluffy Apple Pie Recipe



Grandma’s Fluffy Apple Pie is a timeless dessert that combines the warmth of tradition with the delightful sweetness of apples and a perfectly flaky crust.   • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6-8 tablespoons ice water

For the Filling:

  • 6 cups thinly sliced and peeled apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are great choices)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
