With a busy schedule ahead, she turned to her trusty slow cooker to create a dish that would not only fill her home with tantalizing aromas but also provide her with a hearty and satisfying dinner. Thus, her Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings with Biscuits was born.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
